Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Could anyone point me to the location where the rule that makes this query on the mobile device (be true) gets configured:

select count(*) from APPS.CSM_AUTO_SYNC_FLAG where flag = 'TRUE'
