Jumpstart Usage

I am new to the Jumpstart process.  I have created the files that I think are necessary but the server I am trying to jumpstart indicates it can't find the jumpstart server

Here is the boot process

Rebooting with command: boot net - install
Boot device: /pci@1f,700000/network@2  File and args: - install
1000 Mbps FDX Link up
Timeout waiting for ARP/RARP packet
4000 1000 Mbps FDX Link up
SunOS Release 5.9 Version Generic_118558-34 64-bit

Hardware watchdog enabled
Configuring /dev and /devices
Using RPC Bootparams for network configuration information.
