Replacing a SVM volume in a dataset

I have a StorageTek 6140 attached to a Sunfire 445 running solaris 10. The array has 16 FC disks configured into 8 x RAID-1 volumes.  Two of these volumes are nearly full and there are no available capacity in which to grow the volumes.  The plan is to replace the disks of these volumes with larger disks.
The volumes are mapped to the server as LUNs and managed by SVM as single concatenated stiped volumes; example configuration of one of the LUNs:

# metainit -s hydra d90 1 1 c4t600A0B80004800B60000052947E12D20d0s0
hydra/d90: Concat/Stripe is setup

- hydra is a disk set name

Howdy, Stranger!
