Contract Manager v12 - Display & Print Error for Daily Reports

As an Owner, my firm uses CM12 to monitor and record construction progress by many contractors and subcontractors on various contracts. Depending on work activity, inspectors can record a lot of data on a daily report and in some rare occasions, we encounter a error when a daily report form for such reports are printed for hard copy authorization and filing. On reports with lengthy work activity content (say 2 pages), the printout of the daily report form will not include content under other sections (such as "Additional Comments").

Can someone advise why this happens and what the long-term solution is for future occasions?
