Could anyone confirm if there is a formal patch for bug 12404239....

ERROR
  -----------------------
  CSN-9025 An internal error has occurred. : ORA-20998: Exception during
  download ORA-1790: expression must have same datatype as corresponding
  expression ORA-6512: at APPS.ASG_CONS_QPKG, line 412 ORA-6512 at line 1
 
 
  STEPS
  -----------------------
  The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  1. Instal new mobile server
  2. create mobile user
  3. install PPC application

 

  WORKAROUNDS
  ===========
  Test script was given to correct the view.
 
  CREATE OR REPLACE FORCE VIEW apps.csf_m_user_v (access_id,
                                                user_id,
                                                user_name,
                                                resource_id,
                                                client_number,
                                                LANGUAGE,
                                                org_id,
                                                last_sync_date_start,
