OCMA 5.1 Solaris version- Dashboard page of Addvertiser of ocma app keeps on refreshing indefinately

Hi ,

 

 i have installed OCMA 5.1 Solaris .Dashboard page of Addvertiser of ocma app keeps on refreshing indefinatelywith message "Fetching Data" and data is not fetched.

 

Please let me know Is this a known problem?
