How to restrict Service Request Type and Repair Type only Legal Entity Specific?

We have multiple LE.All have same naure of Request Type and Repair Type,SLA is different depending on Request Type and LE,all items are manufactured and supplied by Secure india.Order type line types are different,order sequence numbers are same.

Secure Uk (1 OU)  : own complaint handling system: Business porocess Uk    

Secure Aus(1 OU):own complaint handling system :Business Process Aus

Secure India (5 OUs):own complaint handling system :Business Process Ind

Secure Sweeden:own complaint handling system : Business Process SWD

Horstman (2 OUs):own complaint handling system:Business Process HM
