OPM Upgrade to R12

Hi,

We are checking the different aspects of upgrading 11i (11.5.10) OPM customer to R12 in the near future.

My Oracle support contain many detailed documents how to perform the migration process (For example Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) Release 12.1 Migration [ID 376683.1])

I'm looking for some reference about 11i to R12 upgrade customer stories and experience in order to asses the required time, risks, difficulties etc' for an upgrade project.
