"cursor: pin S wait on X" and "library cache load lock" wait event issue

Hi All,

Today we have observed there is a heavy DB time. While analyzing the AWR report "cursor: pin S wait on X" and "library cache load lock" wait events are root cause of the issue.

Looking for valuable suggestion to resolve this wait event issue.
