REP-0069: Internal error

Well, Here I am facing an issue with a custom RDF report, the report was able to fetch the data from the data model. After certain size of output ( 3134408 ) it is completing with the following error description

REP-0069: Internal error
In-process job terminated:Finished successfully

Program exited with status 1
Concurrent Manager encountered an error while running Oracle*Report for your concurrent request

But when I view the ouput file, it contains the data and request is completing with the phase 'C' and status 'E'

Plz giv me a solution on this..
