Cannot See Project Number/Task created in one OU in another OU in AP

Hi,

We have setup and created a project number/task in one operating unit.  We see this project number/task number in this operating unit's AP only.

We cannot see it in the List of Values for any of the other operating units in AP Invoices.

The list of values is blank for the Project Number/Task Number for all the other operating units in AP Invoices.

Any help in what we are missing in our setup is greatly appreciated.
