Cannot create Internal Order from Parts Requirement HTML Version...We are on R12.1.3

Hello,

We have upgraded to R12. and  trying to create a parts requirement from the new HTML version since the old version of parts requirement is obsolete...Here are the steps Iam doing from the HTML version

1) Create the Requirement

2) Added the Item

3) Added the Source

4) Clicked on Apply Button

After clicking on the apply button the Items required section shows the status as Ordered but the source details shows the status as Reserved...It gives me a document number but I don't see it as a internal requisition number Or the sales order...

Can you please provide the steps or any other programs I need to run to create the parts requirement as internal sales order...I could not find much information on HTML version of parts requirement in metalink too
