9.3.1.1 FAQ Sheet

My company is on the verge of upgrading from 9.2.2.4 to 9.3.1.1.  As part of the training documentation offered to Agile Users and GIS Help Desk, we are seeking a FAQ sheet pertaining to 9.3.1.1 that focuses on general Users instead of Admins and tech types.  If anybody has one standing by it would be most helpful.  And BTW - we are aware of the embedded tutorials.
