CWB: Can CWB tasks be translated into other languages

We currently have 4 languages in addition to English.  I noticed that when setting up the Self-Service Name for the CWB Tasks, ie, Publish Budgets, Award Merit Increases, etc, that when these are viewed in different languages, that the English version still appears.  Is there a way to translate these items as the translation globe is greyed out on the plan form?
