What can we do?
Our DB did crash with the error:

Errors in file /opt/oracle/oradata/farmsmqif/common/diag/rdbms/farmsmq/farmsmq/trace/farmsmq_smon_4103.trc  (incident=181131):
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [13013], [5001], [268], [12589399], [3], [12589399], [17], [], [], [],
