Benefit Plan Options for Roth IRA

I set up a Benefit Plan with Options for a Roth IRA.  There are 10 options.  I know if you check "Enter Amount\Rate" at the Plan level you will be prompted for the amount/rate in enrollment with Eligibility.  I have no DBA's at the Plan level, only at the option level.  I am not being prompted for a rate in Enrollment with Eligibility.  Some of the rates are fixed, some are flat amounts.  I set up seperate DBA' s for % and flat and left the amount blank.  I am going to have lots of rates and do not want
