Can Project Hierachy be created in Oracle Projects Form without implementing Oracle Project Manageme

Hi All,

We are implemeting only Project Costing. The requirement is to create a master project having sub projects attached to its tasks. Through Oracle Project Management we can achieve this using Program management. But we are not implementing Project management. Can this still be achieved using Oracle Projects Form?

Any pointers on this would be highly appreciated.
