Migrate 8.0.6.3 32 bit to 10.1.0.5 64 bits on Solaris 10 Sparc 64 bits

Dear All, I'm migrating a 8.0.6.3 32 bits to 10.1.0.5 64 bits on Solaris 10 Sparc 64 bits. However I couldn't start the oracle 8.0.6.3 at Solaris 10, caused there is a err "SVR4 Error: 79: Value too large for defined data type", which is dued to file sized issues for 32 bits file limitation. Any body got overcome this issues before ?
