Can P-cards process the transactions using the statement Date? What are the options for selecting the date it uses?

<A>

The system uses the purchase date of the PCARD transaction as the G/L date of the journal entry.  There is a processing option, however, that you can use to specify the end of the period as the G/L date. This is in P01P520 (Create Journal Entries) as well as in the Create Vouchers program.

You cannot use the statement date as the G/L date.
