Using R085524 to make 401k plan enrollment changes

I would like to automate updating employee 401k plan changes that received from our third party vendor.

When an employee wants to increase their 401k contributions from 2% to 6%, for example, they must call the vendor and make the change request.  Every two weeks, the vendor sends us a file of all the employee changes and they are manually updated in E1.

What I would like to do is import the employee 401k information into the Available work file (F085520W) and then use R085524 to update the live tables. I have been able to successfully import the data into the available file as "current"  information (as opposed to open enrollment info). However, when I run the R085524 program, it is not picking up the data from the table to process.
