Ledger has two Operating Units with one Legal Entity in each OU. Is there any guidance on how many

Generally expecting a separate Corporate Book for each Legal Entity.  Since financial data is segregated by the Company Code, customer is asking if a single Corporate Book can be used,  less configuration and maintenance, fewer depreciation runs.

Corporate Reports appear to have Company as a parameter or a field in the reports with subtotals.

On Line searches, there is no search criteria based on Company Code.

Assets should not be transferred from one Company Code (Legal Entity).  A retirement and addition needs to occur.  System cannot prevent this.

Mass Addtions coming from Projects, Payables.

Viewing Source Lines, there is no way to identify the originating Operatiing Unit if there are multiple OU's posting to the Corporate Book.

Howdy, Stranger!
