dba_2pc_pending Not getting cleared and further 2pc commit htis an bug

Hi Experts,

we are running 11.1.0.7.0 databse.and this will connect to read only database (Active Datagaurd db) to fetch datas thru db link .two days back our ADG was crashed .since that time we got the following trace generated in alert log.and when we analyze further we found dba_2pc_pending has two transactions.i have tried to enable the recovery and given  "commit force 'DWHS.REGRESS.RDBMS.DEV.US.ORACLE.COM.4ab11d65.14.14.3835073','8188023875090';" doest not clear the transaction from dba_2pc_pending.followed by some of my full 2pc commit transaction hits an bug.i suspect this pending transaction may be the issue.please suggest how to clear these transactions
