Project Check Box in user defined Transaction in Inventory

Hi All,
We need some clarifications on following...

1) what is significance of Project Check Box in user defined Inventory Transaction Type and
2) If this check box is checked how it affects move order with project and task.
3) If we uncheck it for a existing user defined transaction type, how it will impact projects.
