Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Freight charges being calculates in spite of Freight terms being "Third party Billing"

We have this problem in 11i. The freight terms on the Order Header level and the order line level are "Third Party Billing".

Still the freight charges are being calulated.

Why does this happen? and whats the solution?
