AR Receipts: Cannot enter non complete transaction number in “Identify By” field

The user cannot enter a partial transaction number (using %) in Receipts form as before. They needs to hint on "Apply" that open a new form and then they can search for the partial transaction number.
Loose to productivity of the person applying receipts on transactions. They needs to open a new form
