CSVRowCount error while importing records through data loader script

All of a sudden we started to receive the following error while importing records through data loader jar script.

"ERROR - [main] Oracle Data Loader On Demand Import validation FAILED: There was an error sending the SOAP request to web service: Required in argument 'CSVRowCount' not supplied for 'BulkOpImportCreateRequest' method in Business Service 'BulkOpImportServicesWS'(SBL-DAT-00125)"

Manual import of the data is working fine, so this should be an issue with the script. Anyone aware of this issue, please?
