How do you adjust the width display for ORDERED_ITEM_DSP (Ordered Item) field on the line?

Is there a way to adjust the width of the display for the ORDERED_ITEM_DSP (Ordered Item) field which is displayed in the entry screen of Order Organizer?

Folder Function states the field can't be resized.

Personalization  is seems the value is limited to a certain width and the item does not fully display on the screen.  If I go any bigger it pushes the other fields completely off the screen.  (value = 1.14)

Ideas?  Is Personalization the only option when it comes to adjusting this fields display and/or is there another place?
