Is possible to change the Expenditure Organisation value in a Miscellaneous Transaction?

Hi,

After a Miscellaneous Transactions is entered, submitted, released and the processed is possible to change the Organisation value for the transaction?

If yes, is possible also to do that after the Create Accounting process has been executed?
