Which MOS account should be used while doing "asr register"

Hi, all,
According to doc 1345484.1, since Aug 15, an MOS account should be used while doing "asr register", instead of an Sun Online Account.
The customer may have multiple MOS accounts, with a few CUAs.
The question is, which MOS account should be used while doing "asr register".
Because the ASR installer may not be one of the CUAs, he/she may not have CUA privilege. Could he/she use his/her own MOS account with just normal user privilege to do "asr register"?
