R19 Stateless Webservices Outbound SSO Token Login possible?

Hello,
It is possible to pass an outbound SSO Token in the Header of a SOAP Request to authenticate to the system?

I saw that SSO will be possible and SAML Assertion is possible in R19
Can some of this be used to do a call?
Which are the Header Tags i have to pass if I use the outbound SSO Token in a webservice call?
