Termination of employee get effected, towards indain time, as server is in india

Problem Summary: We have ERP server in India.When we terminate an employee in Oracle HRMS, with a particular date, this gets effected as per India standard time.This create promlem to employees in different countries.For example an employee in California (US).We are facing many issues due to time differences:

1) For an in California:-We are essentially terminating before he starts his/her last working day.This particullar employee can not fill his/her time sheet for the last working day.

2) Assuming a sub makes a wrong entry on the last working day (ex: Billable on a statutory holiday) we can not correct it - either manually or otherwise Oracle does not allow us to change it.
