Putting a 2 node RAC database into FORCED_LOGGING mode

Hi,

Can you please let us know how to put a 2 node RAC database into FORCED_LOGGING mode without re-starting the database?
we have a 11g R2 2 node RAC production system and are in the process of creating a standby database and for that need to put the RAC database in FORCED_LOGGING mode
