Autoaccounting Function Transactions & Public Sector checkbox

Hi,

The Assign Autoaccounting rules window have different Function Transactions options to setup the Autoaccounting: for example "Capital, Public, Capital." or "Capital, Private, Capital.".

When a Project is created the "Public Sector" checkbox can be enabled.

Is this checkbox in conjunction with the "Capitalizable" and "Billable" attributes in the Task definition that determines with Function Transaction Autoaccounting definition is applicable to a particular transaction?
