How Do I upgrade Maintenance Wizard from 2.15 to the latest version?

Hi,

apologies for posting here, I couldn't find the Maintenance Wizard community.

I'm interested in upgrading to the latest version 2.19 of MW and wondered should I re-install from scratch or is there another way of upgrading what's already in place. (My 2.15 version)
