Testing scenario is like:
Asset cost:10000
DPIS:16-Aug-2011
Prorate date:16-Aug-2011
Method:STL
Life:36 month (End in Aug-2014)
The result from system is total 36 period depreciation from Aug-2011 to July-2014 which is right amount for first half month but null for last half month (Aug 2014), and customer expect both first and last half month have amount.
