How I can share my subordinated absences details to another user in the EBS?

How I can share the subordinated absences details to another user in the EBS?
I have n subordinates and I can see the absences notifications from them to me, but I need that my assistant can view the absences details including when the notifications are closed.

I would you appreciate your help
