Does the Finance Charge functionality support charging Prime Rate plus a percentage? If so, how can

Is there a way to charge prime rate plus a percentage for finance charges in Oracle AR?  We have several contracts that state late charges will be charged in this manner.  Can Oracle AR accommodate this?  All ideas welcomed!Thanks!
