Error Not found in UDC 00/W on Interim Check

When entering an Interim check to refund a Garnishment we are getting the Error Not found in User Defined Code - there is an error in a field you cannot see and refers to UDC 00/W which is the Workers Comp Code List and the code 8810 is there.  Will 9.0 allow a flat dollar refund on a Garnishment DBA that is set up as a %?  Maybe that is our issue?
