Siebel Product Configurator is slow

Hi,

We are facing a very serious issue with the Siebel product configurator.The performance of the Siebel product configurator is horribly slow.
Some times it’s taking more than 8 minutes to launch for the first time for a user with a new product model.From the second time on wards for the same user with the same product model, it’s taking around 30 seconds.After some initial analysis we changed some of the eCommunication Object Manager’s parameters as follows.

Product Configurator - Number of Attribute Definitions Cached in Memory 100(Old) 300(New)
Product Configurator - Number of Catalogs Cached in Memory 10(Old) 25(New)
