CheckBox Attribute Type

Hello,

One of my customer is having the following requirement:

 

1.Customer have 3 attribute in which one should be check box and two should be of type numeric. They  want two numeric field to be editable or visible only when check box is clicked.

2. They want to restrict user Upto two decimal places in those 2 numeric attributes.

3.In product configuration--> user interface--> Group name( in this "Standard Menu Group Theme JS" theme is selected)-->group item list they don’t fins any UI control for check box when the type is "attribute".

 

So do we have any means to achieve this requirement?
