Enterprise Manager and emca -deconfig doesn´t work

Hai,

i try to reconfig our Enterprise Manager. It doesn´t work.
so i tried emca -deconfig dbcontrol db and emca -config dbcontrol db, without success.

Now i try: emca -deconfig dbcontrol db -repos drop
Here´s the output. Since four hours nothing changed. still "dropping the EM repository".
