"control widow and orphan lines" and "keep paragraph together not taken into account

Generator xml does not take into account all informations of pagination

I create a rtf template where I have Defined "control widow and orphan lines" and "keep paragraph together", with option word in pagination.
I launch request (XDO), my RTF report is generated correctly but there is loss the value of the word option on "control widow and orphan lines" and "keep paragraph together"

How can I upload a doc file here for you ?

Any hints please?
