INS-32018 when installing GRID Infra Structure - Linux X64

Hi,

We are installing 11.2.0.2 GRID Infra Structure for StandAlone server on Linux X64
This will be serving as the physical standby for our 2 node RAC primary database

single user "oracle" will be the owner of GIRD and ORACLE HOME

we specified ORACLE_BASE as /u02/app/oracle and GRID_HOME as /u02/app/11.2.0.2/grid
but then the installer popped up with "INS-32018 The selected Oracle Home is outside of Oracle base" error. We have the same setup on one of our pre-production standby database server

Can someone please verify if we can safely ignore this error and continue?
