High availability for ASR

Hi to all,  i need to configure ASR for my brand new Exadata Machine.Documentation reports that i can have multi ASSET manager to manage multiple targets but high availability is not available.

Is it correct ? Can i have 2 asset manager as active passive to manage my single target ?
