Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. What if SRID of theme layer does not match SRID of basemap

I have a GeoTiff basemap with a theme of 4326. I am trying to render a theme of 26211 (shape file) onto the basemap.

Does the SRID of the theme layer need to match the SRID of the basemap?
