How to move a catalog from one db to another db

Hi experts.
I have a database that is being used for Rman catalog among other things.
We need to move this Rman catalog to another new database that will be exclusively for rman.
Current Rman 10.1.0.4  new db is 11.2.0.2

How to do it ?
