The Account which was used to install, can it be deleted?

Hello,

The Account which has been used to install the 11.1.2.1 environment need to be disabled and eventually removed. As because there are some files attached to that account, and also that account is needed when applying patches, can it still be removed?

We will get a new account, but how can I change the inventory and all other things to be able to use that other account. Where do I need to be aware of?

Is there any recommended procedure to have the account safely deleted?
