Projects Miscellaneous Transactions can not be adjusted if the Batch Status is Released?

Hi,

Can a miscellaneous transactions entered using the Pre-approved Expenditures Batches be adjusted if the batch was released and the PRC: Distribute Miscellaneous and Usage Costs was executed?
