Build Query error "SQL_EXCEPTION_OCCURRED - The connection does not exist"

Hi Guys, This is the issue i'm facing when i try running my report using BI publisher. did anyone else run into the same issue.

Installed BI publisher, 10.1.3.4.1 (from eDelivery site) on windows server with 32 bit OS, this is a Oracle Application Server that runs OC4J, While installing BI publisher i selected Basic install, Installation was successful, MY JDBC data sourced connection was also successful, but when i create a report using BI after creating data model when i click Build query i get this error "SQL_EXCEPTION_OCCURRED - The connection does not exist" I also see the same error in Data Access Server e1Root.log.
