Price Adjustments deleted from order after booking - sporadic behavior
We are using 11.5.10.2 Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
We have orders losing adjustments and pricing at List Price sometime after booking - but before shipping.
Automatic price adjustments are applying fine during order entry. Customer Service Rep states pricing was confirmed and correct when order is booked.
The order is reviewed some time after booking and notice all pricing adjustments are removed. :Correct List Price remains. No one touched or modified the order.
If the order/line is repriced, the adjustments reapply. We've already checked setups, customer, price lists, modifiers, etc... Nothing seems wrong.
Has anyone else experienced this type of behavior? Any suggestions as to what may be the issue.
